2. How long will the courses take?
Most students finish between 6–12 weeks while working part-time. Because our courses are self-paced, your completion time may vary.
3. Do I need prior experience?
No. Our programs start with fundamentals and ramp up to more advanced topics. Tools and optional equipment lists are provided at enrollment.
4. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes — every graduate receives a Great Lakes Trade Academy Certificate of Completion. We also include prep for industry credentials like EPA 608 where applicable.
5. Do you provide job placement?
We provide career support — resume review, interview prep, and employer referrals — but we do not guarantee employment.
6. What are the technical requirements?
A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari), a reliable internet connection (10 Mbps recommended), and a device with audio and video.
